“Jamie is  a board certified hypnotherapist  and yoga instructor specializing in medical hypnotherapy, stress management techniques, peak performance,  and natal and past life regression.

Jamie spent three years in India practicing mindfulness meditations, Vipassana, and studying at various Ashrams, most notably the Dayanada Ashram. She has a robust yoga practice following the 8 limbs of yoga.

She uses MBH  (Mindfulness Based Hypnotherapy) which uses hypnotherapy, and mindfulness based strategies to assist the client, known as the co-therapist, in discovering their own positive resources to clear negative programming.

She s also certified in Polarity Therapy and Somatic Counseling from the Heartwood Institute. In 2008 she completed an exclusive 3 year, 1400 hour, yoga teacher training program at Yoga Shala, in Portland, Oregon. She holds beginning, intermediate, and advanced certifications with the Thai Institute of Massage in Arlington, Va.
